Terms & Conditions 1. Delivery We aim to deliver within 15 working days. If any part of your order will take longer, we will contact you and give you the option of cancelling your order. In the unlikely event of an order taking longer than 15 working days to deliver, a full refund will be offered should you decide to cancel your order. 2. Delivery Charges Delivery is free within the UK for all orders over £100. For orders under £100 delivery is charged at £4.95 within mainland UK. Overseas customers should contact The Racecourse Merchandise Company for a delivery quotation. 3. Prices Prices are as quoted on the website at the time of order placement and are exclusive of delivery. 4. No Hidden Charges The prices displayed on the site include VAT. We do not include delivery charges within the price for the individual items because they are calculated on your order as a whole. Any delivery charges (where applicable) are added and clearly shown at the checkout stage. 5. Availability All stock items appearing on this website are sold subject to availability. 8. Returns & Refunds Customers wishing to return any item should contact The Racecourse Merchandise Company in order to discuss the reasons for non-acceptance of order. The Racecourse Merchandise Company cannot guarantee customers that all orders will be replaced or refunded. Any customer seeking to replace/refund an item must contact The Racecourse Merchandise Company within 30 days of receipt of order. Once the customer has received the items, The Racecourse Merchandise Company will take no responsibility for loss, damage or deterioration to the items. |
